6.付款：Payment:
承租人付给出租人的全部租金分两次支付，每一次于货到目的港日算起6个月后支付;第二次于货到目的港日算起12个月后支付。全部租金以美元支付，电汇出租人××银行或出租人临时指定的银行。交货后，无论承租人是否使用了商品，包括因不可抗力事故，均须按上述条件向出租人支付租金。
Thetotalrentshallbepaidintwoinstallments,ofwhich,oneshallbepaidbytheLeasortotheLeasoraftersixmonthsfromthedatelfthearrivalofthecommodityattheportofdestination,andtheothershallbepaidbytheLeaseetotheleasorafterbepaidbytheLeaseetothelessoraftertwelvemonthsfromthedateofthecommodityarrivingattheportofdestination.EachpaymentistobemadeinUSdollarbyT/TtoLeasormaydesignate.AfterthecommodityisdeliveredtheLeaseeshallpaytheLeasorthefullamorntofrentinaccordancewiththeaforesaidtermsandconditions,nomatterwhetherornottheLeaseeactuallyusesthecommodityforanyreasonincludingforcemajeureaccidents.
7.所有权：Ownership:
在出租人把合同商品转让给承租人以前，其所有权属于出租人。
TheownershipofthecommoditybelongstotheLeasor,beforehetransfersittotheLeasee.
8.处理：Disposal:
本租赁协议期满时，只要承租人付清全部租金，便有权以每台××美元购买合同商品。承租人付清贷款，货物便归承租人所有。
Upontheexpirationoftheleaseagreement,providedthatthereisnodefarltontheLeasee'ssede,theLeaseeshallbeentitledtopurchasethecommodityfromheLeasoratUS________each.WhentheLeaseehaspaidthepricethereof,thecommodityshallbelongtotheLeasee.
9.仲裁：Arbitration:
有关本协议的一切争议应友好协商解决。双方约定，若达不成协议，争议案则提交仲裁。若出租人是原告，仲裁在中国进行;若承租人是原告，仲裁在××进行。仲裁的裁决是终局，对双方均具有约束力。

10.税费：Taxes:
出租人在中国的全部收入须依中华人民共和国的法律纳税。
AllearningsmadeinChinabytheLeaseeshallbesubjecttotaxationinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.
11.使用商品权：RightofUsingtheCommodity:
除了承租人以外，任何人不经出租人书面同意，不得使用该商品。
NobodyexcepttheLeaseemayusethecommodity,buttheLeaseeshallnotallowanyotherpersontousethecommoditywithorttheLeasor'spriorwrittenconsent.
12.保证：Guarantee:
承租人在签约后，但必须在装运期一个月前，向出租人提交××中国银行出具的以出租人为受益人的保证函，作为承租人履行本协议全部义务的保证金。
TheLeaseeshallfurnishtheLeasor,on/afterthesigningofthisagreementbutnotlaterthanonemonthpriortothedateoftheshipmentofthecommoditystatedherein,withaletterofguaranteeissuedbyBankofChina,________infavouroftheLeasorasthesecruityoffullexecutionoftheLeasee'sobligationsunderthisagreement.
13.延期付款的罚金：DefaultInterest:
若承租人未按期付款，则必须向出租人交纳延期款项的罚金，年率为×%，时间从付款到期日计算至实际付款日期。
IncasetheLeaseeisindefaultofanypaymentherein,theLeaseeshallpaytheLeasoradefaultinterestontheamountdelayedattherateof________%perannumasfromthedatewhenthepaymentisduetothedateofactualpayment.
14.维修：Maintenance:
承租人必须自负费用维持商品的良好状况;但是出租人必须对商品的故障负责，承租人有权想出租人提出赔偿因此所遭受的损失。
TheLeaseeshallkeepthecommodityingoodconditionathisexpense,buttheLeasorshallberesponsiboeforthebreakdownofthecommodityandtheLeaseemaylodgeclaimsagainsttheLeasorforanlossesoccurredtherein.
15.有效期限：Duration:
本协议的有效期是一年，自商品抵达目的港日计算。

16.适用法律：GoverningLaw:
本协议的签订、解释和履行受中华人民共和国法律制约。兹证明，双方在以上开首语中书明的日期签署盖章。本协议以英文书写，一式两份，每放各执一份。
