Songjing
Songjingscenicspotislocatedinthesoutheastbeachofaoqianvillage,yunaotown.ItiscomposedofthefamousSongjingscenicspot,Jingtingscenicspotandtaizilousite.Accordingtorecords,inMay1276,thefirstyearofJingyanintheSouthernSongDynasty,duetotheadvanceofYuansoldiers,LuXiufu,theMinisterofrites,andZhangShizhong,thegeneralofSongDynasty,retreatedthroughNan'aoandstayedinthefrontvillageofAo.Threesongwellsweredugfortheemperor,ministers,soldiersandhorsestodrink.ThewonderofSongjingliesinthefactthatformorethan700years,ancientwellshaveappearedanddisappearedfromtimetotime.Althoughtheancientwellswereonly10metersawayfromthesurgingsea,therewereendlessclearspringsandthewaterqualitywaspureandsweet.Theywerestoredforalongtimewithoutdeterioration,sotheywerecalled"magicSongjing".Atpresent,thereare"Majing",andtheothertwohavenotbeenfound.
TsingoWan
QingaoBayistheleadingscenicspotofNan'aoIsland.ItislocatedattheeasternmostendofNan'aoIsland.Thebayofxingwanyueis2.4kmlong.Itsgeologicalstructureisveryunique.TheheadlandsonbothsidesoftheBayaresemiclosedandencircletheseasurface,makingtheBaylikeacrescentmoon,theseasurfacelikeaflattide,thebeachlikeagentleslope,andthewaterdepthwithin150metersisnotmorethan1.2meters.IthasbecomeararenaturalbathingbeachintheeasterncoastofChina.ItisoneofthetwoA-classnaturalbathingbeachesinGuangdongProvince,knownas"OrientalHawaii".Nationalleaders,foreignbusinessmenandscholarspraisethebeautifulQingaoBay,whichiscalled"swimmer'sparadise".Qingaoresortnotonlyhasbeautifulnaturalscenery,butalsohasrichhistoricalrelics.InmemoryofthehistoryofLuXiufuescortingtheroyalfamilyofthelateSouthernSongDynastytotakerefugeontheisland,theprefectofChaozhouinQingDynastyrestoredLuXiufu'sburialmound,leavingbehindtheprimeminister'sstonecarvedonthecliff.ThepleasantsceneryofQingaoBaymakespeopleforgettoreturn,andthereceptionfacilitiesarebecomingmoreandmoreperfect.Ithassuccessfullyheldsuchlarge-scalespecialeventsas"nationalmotorboatsuperstarcompetition","provincialwindsurfingcompetition"and"thefirstsunshineinthenewcentury".

TreasureIslandisoneoftheshootingsitesofCCTV's"treasurehuntonNan'aoIsland",whichmaybethelegendarytreasurehidingplaceofWuping.Jinyinislandcoversanareaofabout1000squaremeters,surroundedbytheseaonthreesidesandripplingwithbluewaves.Theislandismadeofnaturalgraniteandlargestones.Thewindingpathsleadtosecludedsceneryandthecavesareinterspersedwitheachother.Itisextremelyshadyandcool.InfrontoftheumbrellaPavilionsitsastonestatueofabeautifullady.ThefigureisWuPing'ssister.ShestrokedYuanbaowithonehand,followedbythehiltwiththeother.Shelookedlikeshewasguardingthetreasure.ItissaidthattouchingtheYuanbaoinherhandwouldbringalotof"wealth"topeople.Onthestonewallbesideherareinscriptionssuchasthechronicleoftreasureisland.Thesurroundingrocksarecarvedwithvariouswonderfulpoemsandfineinkbyfamousartists.
Headquarters
Zongbingfu,alsoknownaszongzhenfu,isafamoushistoricalandculturalsite.ItwasbuiltinthefourthyearofWanliintheMingDynasty(1576A.D.),andmostofitsoriginalappearancedisappearedaftertheearthquake.ThecountyPartycommitteeandthecountygovernmenthaveentrustedancientarchitectureexpertstoredesignandrebuildinthestyleofMingandQingDynasties.NowithasbecomeafamousscenicspotinNan'aoIsland.Asahistoricalandculturalscenicspot,theheadquartershasthreecharacteristics:first,thescarcityofresources.ItistheonlyislandheadquartersinChina.Second,theconnotationofhistoryandcultureisrich.Duringthe300yearsoftheMingandQingDynasties,173generalsandDeputygeneralscametothepost.NationalheroessuchasLiuYongfualsoservedasgeneralsofNan'ao.ZhengChenggongonceraisedtheflagofrighteousnessontheislandandleftarecruitingtree.Third,therelationshipwithTaiwanisoffar-reachingsignificance.Sincethe24thyearofthereignofEmperorKangxi,Nan'aohasbeenresponsibleforthecoastaldefenseofFujianandGuangdongprovinces,TaiwanandPenghu.IthasbecomeanimportanthistoricalwitnessthatTaiwanisanintegralpartofChina.In1999,Mr.WangDaohanhappilyinscribed"FujianGuangdongGeneralTownOffice"whenhevisitedtheisland.
NanshanTemple
NanshanTempleislocatedinthesouthoftheancientcityofNan'aoIsland,ShantouCity,GuangdongProvince.Itislocatedinthe"sunriseofsolecarp",withthebackpillowofJinshanandfacingtheplumblossomvillage.Theancienttreesaretowering,thepitspringsaremurmuring,thewellwaterissweet,deepandelegant.FoundedinthelateMingDynasty,thetemplewasexpandedfromthesmalltempleofhuoshenye.In1978,withtheimplementationofthepolicy,thetemplegainedvitality.ShiChangyangreturnedtothetemplewithshiyanzheng,theblindmaster.HeshoulderedtheheavyburdenofrestoringthetempleandwasrelievedbyShanxinathomeandabroad.Withatotalinvestmentofmorethan1millionyuan,thetemplewasrebuilt(thefoundationwaslaidonDecember4,1994andcompletedinOctober1998),andtheancestralhall,guesthallbuilding,TianwanghallandGuanyinPavilion(completedinmidautumnof1990).Thetempleisgrandandsolemnwithexquisitestructure,carvedbeamsandpaintedbuildings,cornicesandwings,andcolorfulglass.Withaconstructionareaofmorethan1000squaremeters,sittingintheancienttemplefromnortheasttosouthwest,wecanonlyseethedeepandbeautiful"NanshanTemple"carvedontheancientdoorplaque.Thenewly-builtDashangatetower,whichsitsfromsouthtonorth,isabout9metershighand10meterswide.Thereisaparkinglotinsidethegateandathreestoreyreceptionbuilding(about200squaremetersperfloor)willbebuilt.FromthewesttotheEast,therearethreestoreysofTianwanghall,Daxionghall,Zutang,GuanyinPavilion,leftchamber,rightcourtyard,Zhaitang,etc.Thehallismajestic,theancestralhallissolemn,theGuanyinPavilionismagnificent,thebellsandchimesareringing,andtheflowersandplantsarefragrant.
Pingshanyan
PingshanrockPingshanrockisnotonlyanancientandsolemnSalmonella,butalsoabeautifulscenerywithenchantinglandscapeandatreasurehouseofpoetryandink.LocatedinthebackoftheancientcityofShenao,"xitianling",alsoknownasthegoldenneedlepeak.PeoplewholiketoclimbcanfollowthemainwaterpipefromthebackofShenaohydropowerstationandsteponthe999levelstonesteps.Thosewhoarenotgoodatclimbingdon'thavetoworry.Inrecentyears,thenewlyopenedeastandWesthighwayscanmakecarsdirect.FromShen'aotowntothewest,thecarmeandersalongthehillsideRoad,turnssouthandgoesWesttoxiongzhenguan,turnstoHouhuayuanatguolaoshanreservoir,andthenarrivesatpingshanyaninafewminutes;ontheotherhand,fromthecountytowntothenortheast,alongthehighwaywindpowerplant,turnstobeihouhuayuanatdalankou,andthenarrivesatpingshanyan.
YungaiTemple
TherearemanytemplesonNan'aoIsland.TheearliestBuddhisttemplewasfoundedintheSongDynasty(formerlyknownasSanbaotemple,whichchangeditsnamewhenitwasrebuiltintheMingDynasty).Since1985,after16yearsofhardpreparationbytheabbotShiTongjiaonun,ithasbeenexpandedbyfund-raisingandreconstructioninthe20thcentury___ItwascompletedonOctober5,2005.20___Anewmountaingatewascreatedin,andyouentertheQianmenbuilding.Ontherightsideofthehighwallfacingthesea,inthemiddlestandsanewlyrebuiltMiaoxiangPavilion.Insummer,flowersbloomandthebreezecomesslowly,whichmakespeoplefeelcool.Whenyousitaroundandpeepoutofthewindow,youcanseeGuanyufloatinginthesky.Songjing'sbeachisgreenandgreen,whichisawonder.Themainhall,whichisseparatedfromthepavilion,isthecenterofthetemple.Peopleoftenthinkitisthe"GreatHall".However,themainshrineinthemainhallisnotSakyamuniBuddha,butGuanyin.Itisveryspecial.ItissaidthatthisisbecausetheoriginalninehallsoftheancienttempleweredemolishedandstoredintheGuanyincourtyard.ItwasrebuiltonMay17,1999andcompletedinDecember.Torebuildanewyungaitemple,amillenniumoldtemplewithaconstructionareaofabout700squaremetersislocatedfromnortheasttosouthwest.Thetwosidesofthemainhallarenewlybuilthouses.IntheEastarebuildingsandintheWestarebungalows.Thereisthebackdoorbuilding(oppositetothefrontdoorbuilding),theroadleadstothemountains,thereisauniqueworld,therearecraggyrocksnear,thenextspringisendless,coveredbyancienttrees.
