天堂寨园区位于金寨县西南部，其西南、东南与湖北省罗田、英山县接壤。园区内虎形地居中，南上天堂寨主峰、北倚白马雄峰，东去造钱坳，西登圣卦尖。
TiantangzhaiNationalForestParkislocatedinthesouthwestcornerofJinzhaiCounty,Lu'anPrefecture,AnhuiProvince,borderingLuotianandYingshaninHubeiProvince.ItisthelastprimevalforestinEastChina.ThelandscapeofTiantangzhaiincludeswaterscape,mountainview,stoneview,CloudViewandcaveview.Itenjoysthereputationof"plantKingdom","animalparadise","seaofclouds"and"coolXianzhuang".
ThetotalareaofTiantangzhaiForestParkis120squarekilometers.Thereare15kilometersofpeaksinTiantangzhai.ThemainpeakofTiantangzhaiis1729.13metersabovesealevel.ItisthemainpeakandthesecondpeakofDabieMountain.Inthepark,therearemanymajesticpasses,steepmountains,luxuriantforestsandbamboos,Longtanwaterfalls,strangepinesandrocks.Itiscalled"thefirstpassinthesoutheastofWuandChu"inancienttimes.
TheforestlandscapeisthemainpartofTiantangzhaiforestpark.Relyingontrees,ithasformeda"flowerocean,birdparadise".Therearemorethan3000kindsofhigherplants,morethan1700kindsofvascularplants,38kindsofrarespeciesandmorethan200kindsofanimals.
Tiantangzhaiforestareaisawaterconservationforest,withuniqueclimateconditions,formingabeautifullandscapeofhowhighthemountainisandhowhighthewateris.ThereisaTiantangatthetopofTiantang,whichismorethan1700metersabovesealevel.Thewaterintheponddoesnotoverflowordryup.Itiscommonlyknownasyaochi;
Thereare108waterfallsinthearea,including18waterfallswithadropofmorethan50meters.Accordingtostatistics,thereare6waterfallswithinaradiusoflessthan3km.Thewonderfulpines,strangerocks,seaofclouds,streamsandwaterfallsofTiantangzhaiareofextraordinarycraftsmanshipandarefullofchanges.
AtourexpertaftervisitingHeavenVillage,calledit"travelallovertheYellowRiver,TaiTai,onlythewaterofheaven"praisesHeavenVillage'scollectionoftheessenceofMountHuangshan,MountEmei,MountEmei,Tai(Shan)andotherwell-knownmountainsandrivers.
Atpresent,TiantangzhaiNationalForestParkhasinitiallyformedaone-stoptourismsupportingservicesystemoffood,housing,transportation,tourism,shoppingandentertainment,andalsohasa1500meterlongaerialropewaycablecar.
